To qualify for our curb-side pickup discount, ensure all your junk is in an accessible location, such as your driveway or curb-side. You don't need to be home for the pickup; just inform us in your booking notes (online or over the phone) if you won't be there. We'll call you upon arrival with your free estimate, and if you agree to the price, we'll take credit card payment over the phone and start your removal immediately.

Overtime Labour Fee
Each removal has an allocated time window of 2 hours. If the job takes longer than 2 hours, an additional fee of $65 per person per hour will apply. This ensures we can accommodate circumstances where the job cannot be completed within the standard timeframe, such as difficult access areas, or unexpected heavy lifting requirements.

We offer small-scale removals with a cargo van at lower prices, perfect for minor cleanups and light hauling. Prices include 1 hour of free labour. Beyond the first hour is charged at $65 per hour.
