What do you do?
We remove junk and unwanted materials/items from residential and commercial properties. Our rates include all labour, loading of the materials from anywhere on your property, clean up and all disposal/recycling fees. We provide all customers with an upfront written estimate before any work begins.
What do you remove?
We will remove almost anything, provided it can be lifted by two people and is not hazardous.

Why can't you take hazardous materials?
Unfortunately, we aren't licensed or insured to carry hazardous waste. This includes paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oils, asbestos, propane tanks, creosote (railway ties), biological or medical waste.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our trucks and labourers are fully licensed and insured in case of accidental damage or injury.
Do you provide hoarding cleanout services?
Yes. We provide full-service hoarding cleanouts for houses, apartments and other properties throughout Vancouver. Our team can remove furniture, household items, garbage and accumulated clutter, including large-volume cleanouts. We handle the heavy lifting, loading and removal and approach every job professionally and respectfully.
How do you price?
In general, we price by volume: how much space your junk takes up in the back of our truck. However, if you are wishing to dispose of heavier materials – like concrete, plaster, or dirt – surcharges would apply as we need to account for the additional disposal fees.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Our rates are based on the amount and type of junk being removed. Until we see what is to be removed, we can't provide you with an exact price, but we will do our best to give you an estimate over the phone. Once we arrive on-site, our junk specialist will provide you with a more accurate estimate & if you're happy with the price, we will start clearing your space right away.
How much notice do you require?
We can typically be out to your location the same or next day. We're fast!
Why are appointments booked in 2-hour windows?
Estimates are booked in 2-hour windows to allow for unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or jobs that were larger than expected. The truck team always calls 30 minutes before arrival to let you know exactly when they will arrive
How does junk removal work?
Junk removal is simple. Contact us and tell us what you need removed, and we'll arrange a convenient time to come to your property. Once we arrive, we'll assess the items and provide an upfront estimate. If you're happy with the price, our team handles the lifting, loading and removal for you.
What should I do before my junk removal appointment?
Before we arrive, make sure we can easily access the items you want removed and let us know about any special access requirements, such as elevators, stairs or limited parking. You don't need to move everything outside—we handle the lifting and removal for you.

We provide junk removal services throughout Vancouver and surrounding areas, including Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Surrey.
