What do you do?

We remove junk and unwanted materials/items from residential and commercial properties. Our rates include all labour, loading of the materials from anywhere on your property, clean up and all disposal/recycling fees. We provide all customers with an upfront written estimate before any work begins.

What do you remove?

We will remove almost anything, provided it can be lifted by two people and is not hazardous.

 

Examples include:

Why can't you take hazardous materials?

Unfortunately, we aren't licensed or insured to carry hazardous waste.  This includes paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oils, asbestos, propane tanks, creosote (railway ties), biological or medical waste.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our trucks and labourers are fully licensed and insured in case of accidental damage or injury. 

Do you provide moving services?

No. Our trucks are not properly equipped and we are not insured to move. However we highly recommend EZMOOV. They are licensed & insured & have been providing excellent services in Vancouver for years.

How do you price?

In general, we price by volume:  how much space your junk takes up in the back of our truck.  However, if you are wishing to dispose of heavier materials – like concrete, plaster, or dirt – surcharges would apply as we need to account for the additional disposal fees.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

Our rates are based on the amount and type of junk being removed. Until we see what is to be removed, we can't provide you with an exact price, but we will do our best to give you an estimate over the phone. Once we arrive on-site, our junk specialist will provide you with a more accurate estimate & if you're happy with the price, we will start clearing your space right away.

How much notice do you require?

We can typically be out to your location the same or next day.  We're fast!

Why are appointments booked in 2-hour windows?

Estimates are booked in 2-hour windows to allow for unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or jobs that were larger than expected. The truck team always calls 30 minutes before arrival to let you know exactly when they will arrive
